Instructions Regarding Registration Form





Please attach the photocopies of following documents with duly filled registration form:

1. Only Nagar Nigam Birth Certificate of the child (for classes Pre-Primary - Prep).

Age Criteria:- For Class Pre- Nur – 3 Yrs. as on 31st December, 2020
                    Class Nursery     – 4 Yrs. as on 31st December, 2020
                    Class Prep      – 5 Yrs. as on 31st December, 2020

2. Aadhar Card of Student is mandatory.

3. Residential address proof of the parents (Aadhar Card / Phone or electric bill / Passport / Driving License).

4. Certificate of Educational qualification of both the parents.

5. Occupational Proof of Father/Mother (Employer’s letter/IT Return/Sales Tax filing proof).

6. Proof of Annual Income of Father/Mother (Salary Slip, Affidavit)

Income should be sufficient to support the child’s education.

7. Proof of last 2 years of education without gap (classes & school attended) photocopy of last 2 classes passed (wherever applicable).

8. Result of class IX and Pre Board result of class X will be attached for class XI

Criteria for class XI for all boards:-

Science Group:- 65% aggregate & 65% each in Maths & Science for all boards

Commerce Group:- 60% aggregate & 65% in Maths (60% in Maths, if opted) for all boards

Humanities Group:- 50% aggregate for all boards

The form should be neatly and duly filled completed in all respect will be accepted. Incomplete form will be rejected.

Note : 1. Registration form cost Rs. 1000/-.
2. You can Pay via. NEFT, RTGS, Phone Pay, Google Pay or through any other mobile APP on the given Bank Details.
3. Save Transaction ID and Date of Payment for further verification.
4. The registration form is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

All documents should be self attested. Please bring original documents for verification at the time of form submission.
